GETTING HERE

Our address is 400 20th Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Located in the heart of the Oceanfront district, The Dome is just steps from the boardwalk and beach.

The Dome is easily accessible by car, bike, or on foot. Multiple municipal parking garages surround the venue, including one directly adjacent, offering convenient parking options. Valet parking is also available.

During the summer season (May through Labor Day), Hampton Roads Transit's VB Wave trolley provides service along the Oceanfront, with Routes 30 and 35 stopping near The Dome. For visitors coming from Norfolk, HRT's Routes 20 and 960 connect downtown Norfolk and the Newtown Road light rail station to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

Bag Policy Bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry.

Mobile Ticketing Your phone is your ticket! That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For more information on mobile entry click here. Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.

Cashless Payments The Dome is fully cashless. All main concession and merchandise stands accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express card payment types.

Skip the preshow rush and dine with us! The Dome features multiple bar locations offering snacks, a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic options.

You’ll find a large lobby bar on the first floor, several bars throughout the main music hall, and an additional bar on the third floor—all accessible to General Admission ticket holders.

Looking for an elevated experience? Our VIP Lounge, Current, features a full-service bar and exclusive food offerings available only to VIP guests.
